It’s quiz time! Here are six of my favourite quotes, all wise words indeed. All you have to do is match up who said these snippets of life-affirming wisdom :)
The quotes:
1) “What is fear after all? It is indecision. You seek some way to resist, escape. There is none.”
2) “I dream my painting and I paint my dream.”
3) “The most important thing is to enjoy your life—to be happy—it’s all that matters.”
4) “I am no bird; and no net ensnares me: I am a free human being with an independent will.”
5) “It is never too late to be what you might have been.”
6) “You don’t know what goes on in anyone’s life but your own. And when you mess with one part of a person’s life, you’re not messing with just that part. Unfortunately, you can’t be that precise and selective. When you mess with one part of a person’s life, you’re messing with their entire life. Everything. . . affects everything.”
The people:
A) George Elliot
B) Charlotte Bronte
C) Anne Rice
D) Jay Asher
E) Vincent Van Gogh
F) Audrey Hepburn
But the quote I have tried valiently to live by my whole life is a classic for a reason. Above everything, no matter what you do or where you go, always live by this rule:
